Tutoring

This Blog will be on Blue color fully

So the IPL Fever is over now. The match of Long Tournament and with Few Emerging players and many Team Losers and a Great Treat for Die Hard Cricket Fans and most that IPL proved is

“Don’t underestimate Anyone in this World as Time makes them Greats”

Just like Mumbai Indians did. I am Die Hard fan of Sachin which made me support for Mumbai Indians squad and it’s so exciting that our players play against each other and celebrating with overseas players who were once wanted to knock us down when they played against us.  There are few lessons thought in this IPL-2015 from Mumbai Indians for everyone

1. Seizing: The Future Depends on What You Do Today

Finch was included instead of in form Simmons. But blessed this time with fortune made a major injury to get him off quickly and include Simmons which made a best turn around and being best in and made too much runs to win this tournament. Examples like Starc, Negi, Hogg, Iyer, and Watson. They made to seize the Opportunity and made best use of it.

2. Never  Give Up Hope: The Harder the Struggle the more Glorious the  Triumph

Where initially they got 4 matches loss and winning rest of matches in style and making this cup for them 2nd Time and proving  as That Day Performers  wins and Mumbai Indians were worthy, deserving and engaging winners. The astonishing feature of Mumbai Indians cricket is how quickly it bounces back. In the initial stage they were down and out but in second half looked, well, and it was Hope was altogether in the team

3. Fearless Approach: Our Fearlessness shall be our Secret Weapon

Talks of Tactics and Strategy's and Brutal Batsmen and Bowlers, it was a one thing needed, Score runs and Take wickets, which set the tone in the final for Mumbai Indians. The counter-intuitive lesson of this IPL-2015 is that the surest way perhaps the only way to have devastating power hitting is by fighting fire with fire which must be fearless. Take wickets or get smashed: that is the executive summary.

 4.   Failure is Good: We Learn from Failure More, not from Success

Four Losses in 6 matches and 11 wins in next 13 matches by Mumbai where Failures may be back in the history unchanged, but it is the knowledge of all the earlier losses proves what we are. Many times failures get our mind when we analyze to look past our failures or disappointments in a way to understand what we can derive from it, how we can use it to our best advantage.

5.   Change: The Measure of Intelligence is the Ability to CHANGE

Mitchell McClenaghan the real pace needed along with Malinga for winning with bowling attack too and that change made worth It is always great to have a plan, but if that doesn’t work, be ready to flex, be ready to make another plan and take on the target. The results are not going to be the same, you need to flex, and you need to make a change. Ultimately what is important is not your plan, it is the goal, and it is your dream and what you want to do.

So Finally
